Priced on how many competitors you watch and how fast you need to know. Every plan includes the full analysis pipeline — the cheaper tiers check less often, they are not a worse product.

Why this shape
Cost scales with checks
Each monitored source is an HTTP fetch plus, when it actually changes, one model call. Competitor count × cadence is the real cost driver, so that is what the price is tied to.
Free tier is a real trial
Three competitors is enough to see whether the insights are worth reading. A crippled free tier would only prove that the crippled version is useless.
Seats are not the meter
Intelligence is worth more when the whole team reads it. Charging per seat would push teams to share one login and defeat the point.
